Dueling Darlings – September Duel

Welcome back, everyone!

Today is September Duel Day! Super happy to be here. On time. And with my other cards caught up. AND….it’s my host month!!! Can’t get much better than that.

Beth and I may have been in a bit of a shopping mood, so we chose “A Roarin’ Good Time” for our theme. My “shopped” item was this new set from The Greeting Farm, “Rockabilly Gals”.  For my kits, I chose a new paper I recently purchased that I felt had a great vintage-y theme. I loved playing with the different patterns in this one.

I can’t wait to take a tour of everyone’s blogs and galleries and see what everyone did. I had a few “what is this???”moments with this image, so I very curious to see what others did. For example, my husband claims I colored her teeth red….aren’t they lips???

So happy to be here with everyone today! Much love, crafters!

  2. Loving your DP’s and layout- so very pretty! And, a great and fun image- she can stop by my blog and have a dance with my Roaring 20’s dapper fella!!! Fun duel!

  3. Oh Heather not only did I love the kit you sent but I absolutely adore the card you made. You are so creative and I love the layout and papers you chose. Your coloring is amazing. Thank you so much for the awesome kit.

  4. My jaw dropped when I saw your card. You couldn’t have picked any better paper. Your flapper is so darn cute. By the way, this image is from CC Designs. I bought the fellas and gals and you just bought the gals.
