Riley & Company – May 2017 Release Day 2

Hello blog readers! If you were here yesterday, you’ll already know that it’s New Release over at Riley & Company. The Design Team has been craft, craft, crafting away with the new options and they are super adorable, super cool and super must-have’s!

Yesterday I showed you two new additions to the Funny Bones line and that’s what I’m featuring today too. Today I have two projects with the same new stamp. Two different, fun ways to use this great new stamp, Lemons.

Look at this adorable gift bag! I used a Silhouette Cameo cut file for this bag, but you can easily modify any gift package for the same idea. The inside holds a little gift bag that I’ve filled up with jelly lemon and orange slices. This pitcher die was part of the gift bag file, but it’s adorable!

When I was searching for the perfect project for this gift bag, I also found an adorable card layout. I loved the lemon branch on this card, so had to try it out for myself.

On this card, I inked the top part of the sentiment and stamped it on white paper. Then I cut it out and sponged the sentiment with a couple of yellow tones to make an ombre-like effect. Want to know where that beautiful pieced circle die came from? They are the NEW Nesting Circles with Pierced Dots at Riley & Company and are reasonably priced at $16.95 for the set. They have been fun to work with!

When you swing open the branch, the other half of the sentiment has been affixed to the inside of the card in the same way.

So, Nesting Circles for $17 plus one cling mount sentiment for $6.50…already you’ve met the $20 minimum order for FREE SHIPPING! Easy as lemonade, friends!

I’ll be back again tomorrow, so come on back and check it out! See you the.
