Hey all! Have you check out the Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps blog lately? Head on over there to find fantastic new projects from the Prickley Pear Design Team. There’s lots of variety this week, so don’t forget to take a peek.
I’d like to say we’ve entered Fall, but here in my neck of the woods fall seems to have decided to run away and leave winter in it’s path. But, that doesn’t mean I have to accept it in my craft room. This pretty card uses the Hibiscus 2 set for the background leaves and the swirley flowers. I’ve paired it with the relatively new Butterfly Sentiments set. If you haven’t seen this set yet, please check it out. It is REALLY cute. And, there’s a matching die to make cutting out those butterflies super easy.
And, Halloween is just over a week away. Are you ready? This is a treat box using the Top Note die from Stampin Up. Unfortunately, it’s retired now, but you could easily make this box with pretty much any symmetrical shaped die. I’ve used the Day of the Dead Skull set on this one. The flowers also come with that set.
Here’s a picture of the other side. Both the skulls and flowers were cut out with the matching Day of the Dead Skulls die set.
Head on over to the Prickley Pear blog or the Facebook page to check out more great projects. Thanks for stopping by and we’ll see you again in a few weeks with more creations from Prickley Pear Rubber Stamps.
