UnIdentified Image Swap, August 2012 (Round 3)

I’m back with another round of my Unidentified Image Swap on SplitCoast Stampers.

In this swap, the hostess sends out an image to everyone. We’re not allowed to talk about the image until everyone gets it. Then, we each make five cards (duplicates) with the image and send four back to the hostess to swap out. In the end, I get three cards from other people and one of my own cards, each made with the same image. It’s fun to see what everyone does!

On the 10th of the month that the round ends, we post our cards on our blog or gallery for everyone to admire.

Here is my card:

I find House Mouse images to be a bit finicky to color and work with…big images. Not my favorite, so it took me awhile to be inspired by this one. I had been saving these purple papers for something and thought they’d work well for this card. I like the faux stitching detail along the punches and the Wild Wasabi embossed sentiment.

I can’t wait to see what everyone else did!

100 Card Count: 58/100
