Last night I found the opportunity to sit down and craft for a bit. I feel like my room is starting to get a bit messy, with scraps of paper and cardstock and ribbon everywhere. Good thing this week’s challenge over at Shopping Our Stash is to use your scraps.
I came up with this pretty little thank you card.

I’ve got a few scrap pieces in there. Both the embossed butterfly and the ribbon on the blue edged piece were rejects from other cards when i decided they just didn’t work. And, the yellow background pieces are from my scrap stash. The reddish piece with the daisies on it is less scrap-ish, but it did come from a 12×12 sheet that I had already cut into (does that still make it scrap?)

I love this card – great use of your stash~
Yes, it TOTALLY makes it a scrap! No virgin paper was sacrificed for this card. 🙂 Nicely put together – it looks great! Thanks for joining us at Shopping Our Stash this week. 🙂
Such a pretty card – LOVE the glittery butterfly! Thanks for playing along with us at Shopping Our Stash – hope to see you again soon. Hugs, Marie xx
